By accessing www.fhihotels.com or www.gracehotel.com.au, you agree to accept, without limitation or qualification, all of these terms and conditions of use. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use, please exit on www.fhihotels.com or www.gracehotel.com.au immediately. Arrival Date The Arrival Date is the day you will check-in. The check-in time is 1500 hours/3pm. If possible, please include your flight details and arrival information. This helps us to prepare for your arrival. Departure Date The Departure Date is the day you will check-out. The check-out time is 12 noon. Late check-out to 1800 hours/6pm will be subjected to a surcharge of 50% of the room charge. After 1800 hours/6pm, the full room charge will be charged. Number of Adults The number of persons in each room who are 18 years of age and above. Number of Children Individuals 12 years of age and below are considered children. Number of Rooms The total number of rooms required for your stay. If more than three rooms are required, please confirm on a separate reservation. Best Available Rate (BAR) BAR rates are available at participating FHI Group of Hotels. Our Best Available Rates, which vary by property, may vary day by day and are only available for a limited number of rooms so reserve yours quickly. Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and availability. Offers are only available for purchase during the dates and times indicated, rates are on a first-come, first-served basis and may change according to availability: • Malaysia - All Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to 5% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge. • Australia - All Rates quoted are in Australian Dollars and inclusive Goods Service Tax (GST). Total Charge The Total Charge displayed is provided as the total chargeable for all room nights per room basis (Inclusive of 5% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge in Malaysia and inclusive of Goods Service Tax in Australia.) Reservations Reservation(s) will be held until 1600 hours on the Arrival Day, unless specific flight details or time of arrival are being advised. Guaranteed Room Booking A credit card is required to guarantee all room bookings. A one night deposit will be charged to your credit card, and this payment is used to hold and guarantee your room reservation and this one night deposit will be applied as a credit to your hotel account. Please be assured all information submitted are secured. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Cancellation Policy & No Show Charges Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to Arrival Date otherwise a cancellation charge/no show fee equivalent to one night stay will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any cancellation fees due. No refund or credit will be issued for no shows or non utilized confirmed room nights. Credit card for online booking of room packages will be charged the full stipulated amount of the reservation. Senior Citizen Senior Citizens must be aged 55 and over to reserve special Senior Citizen package rates. Valid identification is required at check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to room availability. Rate is per room per night based on double occupancy and not applicable to conventions or groups. A maximum of one room at special senior rates may be booked per night during the said Senior Citizen package promotional period only. Rates may change without notice and may vary by days of travel, season or duration. Promotional blackout periods may apply. Additional guests may be subject to additional charges. Offer is not combinable with other promotional or rate offers. Advance Purchases Advance Purchase rates are only available for bookings at least 14 days prior to arrival. All hotel reservations must be made via www.fhihotels.com or www.gracehotel.com.au. Advance Purchase bookings require full prepayment on your credit card for full duration of stay is required at time of booking. Prepayment will not be refunded for cancellations for any reason whatsoever. No amendments are allowed prior to arrival, any amendments made prior to arrival will be treated as a cancellation. Rates and participation may vary by property and date of arrival. All hotel reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Offer is not valid with groups/conventions and may not be combined with other promotional offers. Additional guests may be subject to additional hotel charges. Promotional blackout periods may apply due to seasonal periods or special events, and normal arrival/departure restrictions apply.
