• Compliance to Standard Operating Procedures/SOPs set by the Government and FHI Hotels are still required during your visit to the Hotel.
• All guests are kindly requested to present your MySejahtera status to our Safety and Security personnel before entering the hotel premise.
• All guests must wear face masks in all public areas of the hotel or suite, including restaurants, except when seated at dining tables. All hotel staff will be wearing masks when on duty.
• Physical distancing measures will continue to be enforced as a precaution.
• Hand sanitisers are available in hotel public areas.
• There will be frequent and regular sanitisation at all high-contact points.
• We will conduct a thorough deep cleaning and disinfection process of all rooms and bathrooms.
• We have trained all hotel staff on updated hygiene and cleanliness procedures. We will enforce these personal and environmental hygiene practices at all times.
